Beermas 2021-2022 Day6 – Faculty Brewing – Benifuki Dubbel

Faculty brewing is celebrating their 4th year of brewing with what they call the graduate series.  They’ve done something really cool by publishing the recipe for the beer on the back of the bottle, I’ve never seen that done before.  This beer was very carbonated, not sure if it was shaken in transit or what but just be warned when you pour.  I didn’t catch much on the aroma possibly due to so much head on the brew.  Let’s taste.  Oh that’s quite lovely.  Definitely tastes like a dubbel, some nice sweetness from the alber candi syrup.  Very little bitterness to speak of.  This is quite a nice quaffing beer for the winter months and with that 7.5 abv you’ll be smiling in no time.  That’s all for now… Cheers!
