Beermas 2021-2022 Day 7 – Bridge Brewing – Santa’s Sac Golden Strong Ale

Santa’s Sac is a golden strong ale made by Bridge Brewing in North Vancouver.  At 10% abv it packs a punch.  The pour yields a light coloured brew with reasonable head.  The aroma is complex, it is spicy, fruity and malty.

Let’s taste.  Yes!  That’s SPICY and I like it.  It’s not overly boozy despite the abv.  It has a light mouthfeel with some mild bitterness on the finish.  What a great beer, so well balanced. Definite re-buy status.  Cheers!
